At Dekayed, every piece is crafted to be more than clothing — it’s part of your story.
But if your order isn’t exactly what you envisioned, our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.

 Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Pieces not returned in their original state may not qualify.

Returning Sale Items

  • Most discounted pieces may be returned if they meet the above standards.

  • ❗ Exclusions: Final Sale, bundle offers, and heavily discounted archive/clearance items are non-returnable.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds apply to product costs only — shipping fees are non-refundable.

🛠 Starting a Return

To begin, email us at Help@dekayedclothing.store or DM us on instagram with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief note (optional, but helps us improve)

Our team will reply with tailored return instructions.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • If the error is ours (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover the return shipping.

  • If you’ve simply changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.

❓ Order Adjustments

  • Orders may be modified or canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations and changes are not possible.

📍 Missing Orders

Please review your tracking link — your order may still be en route.
If tracking shows no progress for 10+ business days, contact us for immediate assistance.

  • Final Sale items

  • Hazardous goods (e.g., flammable materials)
